SPOT ON 75207 Hotel Red Sea Plaza

I stayed from 10pm until 5pm the next day, and it was a horrible experience. The place may have been good once, but I went recently because it was affordable. Don’t trust the photos on the oyo app, they’re bogus and don’t show what it’s really like. There’s no proper room service, the fan and its lights don’t work well, and the bathroom has clogging issues. I was too exhausted to take photos. Better not to stay here, even for one night.

The staff, especially the owner, are cooperative and humble. It’s an affordable, basic hotel near Bhopal junction, but only for a budget stay. Please contact the owner or see the rooms before booking. Don’t go to Banjara hotel, which is too expensive, or to another hotel just because an autovala insists. They’ll charge a huge amount and add GSTs & all at checkout, which feels like cheating at that point.

The location is the only good thing about this lodge. I got a deal for under Rs 300, but still felt cheated because the place was disgusting. The washrooms were extremely dirty and the furniture was broken and dirty. With uncovered windows, the room was full of mosquitoes. I only stayed a couple of hours to rest before my next scheduled train. This felt like a cheap lodge, not a hotel. I’d suggest staying away and, if possible, booking a retiring room at the station when travelling.

This place is like a horror house, not worth even one star. I booked through goibibo, where the photos showed a clean, tidy bedroom and bathroom and the listing said there’d be a geser, ac, TV, WiFi, and a silent room. None of that was available. All I got was a bed, a light, and a fan. Don’t tell them how much you paid on goibibo, or they’ll give you a room according to your pay. Worst.
