The staff are so warm and supportive, and the rooms are HUGE. It’s a quiet neighbourhood near important Bhopal landmarks, with good accessibility. The place felt like home. Don’t forget to order TEA!

The staff service was good, and the four suites I took for four days had plenty of space. But the gate, furniture, shower, wardrobe, commode and hand flush were all damaged, and the ACs weren’t cooling properly. The hotel is out of the market, and even the few nearby shops are far away. Transport isn’t readily available.

We booked the whole place for a large wedding group around late August or early September, and it was filthy. There were bed bugs all over the beds; two family members were bitten and had itchy rashes for the rest of the trip. The rooms weren’t clean, and the bathrooms were dark, dingy and dirty. Mice or rats were running around the lobby, but the staff just sat back and acted as if it was normal. The owner of these apartments is a woman in Dubai who doesn’t seem to care about guests. She was extremely rude and unapologetic when we spoke on the phone. I can’t understand how she can live with torturing guests like this. Please, please don’t stay here. I can’t see how the previous reviews could be real or how anyone could call it five star.

I was here with two friends who had come for the Army TES 47 SSB interview. Facilities and guesthouse service were good, and the room floor and beds were clean. But the price was high: about 1300 for just five hours. They also offer a motorcycle ride to wherever you want to go, for an extra charge. It’s your choice, but think about the cost before going 😄😄😄😄.
