The room was dirty, and the old pillows and blankets looked used. The price they gave over the phone changed when we arrived, and they said they wouldn't give us a room for less. It was late at night, so we had no other option. Not good at all.

Don't go to this hotel if you're visiting Bhopal. The service is bad, the staff are totally unprofessional, and the rooms are dirty with insects and a bad smell. There's no food, and the washroom is filthy.

Very bad service. The staff behaved rudely, and the manager was very bad. They raised the rate after I had booked.

I stayed for five days, and after I had a problem with the first room, they moved me to another one. The second room was good, with working AC, TV, Wi-Fi, and hot water. There were a few small cockroaches, but it wasn't a big deal. Food was expensive and outside food isn't allowed, so most of the time you have to eat outside, or order here if you can pay. Apart from that, everything was good, and it's good for couples too.
