FabHotel Prime President

The staff were polite, courteous, and helpful, which was the one good part of the stay. I booked an Executive room for myself on 07 Dec and arrived at 2300 hrs, with a Vande bharat train to Nagpur leaving Bhopal Junction at 0915 hrs the next day. But the hotel isn't worth staying at. The kitchen was shut until 0730 hrs the following morning, there was no tea or way to make it in the room, the bedsheet was torn, washroom lighting was inadequate, and there were no sleepers. The hotel needs drastic correction.

The executive suite was amazing, with a bathtub and big windows looking out at greenery. We had booked a day room on a prime day, but the guys arranged a room for us. The service was good too.

The food was okay, but the stay was really not good and cost far more than what the hotel delivers. It's on the roadside in old bhopal and looked nothing like the pictures. The images displayed everywhere seem heavily edited with AI, so I've uploaded real ones for reference. They wouldn't allow a flexible checkout even though the whole hotel was empty. There were no toiletries in the bathroom, just basic things like shampoo, toothpaste, and a brush, and when I asked, they flatly refused. The bedside lamps didn't work either. When I complained, they just said they didn't work, with no sign of remorse.

There's a liquor shop next to the hotel. Our booking was made by calling fab hotel prime president. We told them it was for 2 adults and 1 kid, aged 10, and they said there'd be no extra charge for the child. We also asked about early check-in and were told 2-3 hours would be allowed without any extra charge. But once we got to the hotel, they charged extra for both the child and early check-in, twice the amount we'd agreed on. fab hotel is fraud.
