Rishi, the Senior Manager, really made the stay special. He was warm, professional, and attentive, and clearly put in the effort to make guests feel comfortable and looked after. The property itself was peaceful and beautifully managed, with lovely ambiance and service throughout. Highly recommend Shiloy Stay, Igatpuri. I’m already hoping to visit again.
I took my staff to Shiloh Stay's Moroccan villa for a two-day outing, and it was just what we needed. The stay felt luxurious and peaceful, and the hospitality and service were spot on. We had a blast and came away feeling recharged. Highly recommend it for team getaways!
Zen Villa Shiloh Stay was a lovely place to unwind, with beautiful views and a quiet setting away from the bustle. The property was well cared for, and the rooms were spacious, spotless, and nicely designed, with comfort and style. Staff were warm, attentive, and always willing to help. The hospitality and amenities went beyond what I expected. I’d definitely recommend it for a refreshing, memorable getaway.
The private outdoor space and pool were the highlights for us, and the staff were helpful whenever we needed them while still giving us room to ourselves. The villa was clean, roomy, and thoughtfully designed, with cozy, well-kept rooms. It was an easy place to slow down, spend time with family or friends, or get a break from the usual rush. We had a wonderful stay and would love to come back.
Mr.Rishi was friendly and helpful, and the staff were welcoming too. We stayed in the sports bar villa and had a great time. Every bedroom has its own sports theme, which is fun if you’re into sports. There’s also a terrace swimming pool, a lift inside, and some balconies. The whole stay was outstanding.
