The staff were uncooperative and inhospitable, and the place was very unhygienic with too few facilities. We asked several times to have the bathrooms cleaned, but nobody did anything. After just one night we checked out and found another hotel in Gangtok. I was really disappointed. It wasn’t worth it, especially when you can find much better places to stay.
The breakfast wasn’t good, though the staff were courteous. It’s close to MG road, with a good view, and seemed like a nice place otherwise.
The people were friendly, and the price was very good. It seems well suited to adventure riders as well as families. An awesome hotel.
The rooms and food were reasonably priced, and the place was very clean.
The balcony by the dining area has a nice view. The staff were great and very polite.
