The restaurant was the weak point for our group. We had booked breakfast and dinner for 10 people across five rooms for four nights. The food tasted great, but the menu barely changed: mostly roti, paneer vegetable, dal, and rice, with small tweaks or different dish names. Even simple requests were turned down. We couldn’t get toasted bread instead of slice bread, an omelette instead of bhurji, a regular sandwich rather than coleslaw filling, or chapati instead of tandoori roti. They said meals were prepared in bulk and the menu was fixed. With our group size and length of stay, that rigid “you eat what we serve” approach was disappointing. The staff were helpful with the support we asked for, including room service, fresh water, and tea on call. They also arranged extras we requested, like a bonfire. After checkout, we realized we’d left a bag behind; the hotel called us and had kept it safe until we could collect it. The service overall was very pleasant. Our rooms and bathrooms were comfortable and well maintained, but the geysers were a problem in all five rooms. They needed 10-15 minutes to heat, then gave hot water for only around 5-7 minutes, enough for a very quick bath but not a long shower.

We enjoyed our stay, especially the delicious food Chef Dev cooked for us. Rinku Thakur, Sahil thakur, and Harinder Thakur looked after us with a warm welcome and big smiles every time. Great service and hospitality.

The food was mouthwatering, and I’ll definitely visit again. The service was fabulous, especially from rinku and sahil, who were so polite and welcoming.

The restaurant food was delicious, and the welcoming, supportive staff made our stay at DLS Nature Trinket Regency a great one. We booked a luxury cottage room with a huge balcony overlooking the valley, and the room itself was really good. One catch: the geyser took a long time to heat the water. Also, Agoda listed a heater among the room amenities, but we were charged Rs. 500 per day for it. I’d ask management to make that extra charge clear in the amenities listing.
