OYO 75854 Hotel Harsha Residency

The only real advantage is being near the airport. I stayed one night because I had no other option, and checked out first thing the next day. The rooms aren't worth what I paid. I'd give this good for nothing hotel 750 per day. The photos make them look good, but the actual rooms are disappointing. I called the day before arriving to ask if I could have breakfast on check-in day, since I was arriving early and breakfast was included in my package. They said yes, but when I arrived, reception said it wasn't possible because breakfast is only available after the first check-in day when it's included in the package. I have the call recording, but there's no way to attach it here so people can hear what was promised. The receptionist was arrogant about it and even made faces behind my back. Totally rude. They said there was no canteen operating, so food had to be ordered from outside and delivered to the room. Some people might like that, but I don't, because the room keeps the food smell until it goes away. The toilet barely flushed, so I had to pour extra water from a bucket. The bathroom had no ventilation and started to stink no matter how careful we were. I believe only two staff members manage the whole hotel. There was no airport pickup and no help arranging a cab. They recommended taking UBER or OLA from the airport.

We stayed on Dec 1 after booking through make my trip, and paid for both the room and airport pickup and drop-off. We waited two hours at the airport for the pickup. The room wasn't very clean, and we found cockroaches. The bathroom was dirty, and the towels were very old and had turned grey. There was no hair dryer in the room, and the internet wasn't reliable. Not a good hotel for international travellers.

If your work is near Bengaluru airport, this is a good option. It's about 15-20 minutes away, has a moderate, very nice atmosphere, basic amenities, spacious rooms with a good view, and a good restaurant. Service wasn't up to the mark, though. If you need to be farther from the airport, I'd suggest booking somewhere else, since you can find a better place.

I stayed for 18 days and would definitely come back. It's a budget hotel with basic facilities, clean, well-kept rooms, and hot water available 24/7. The owner and staff were very good and cooperative throughout my stay. It's near the airport and 1.5 km from the highway from Sadahalli, where you can catch a regular auto.
