What I’ll remember most is how the team helped when my child had an accident in the bathroom. They responded straight away, went with us to the hospital, and took care of things with real concern. Mr. Manoj, the manager/reception staff member, personally supported us, and the housekeeping team and other staff were kind and helpful. Their care felt rare and unforgettable. The stay itself was peaceful, and the swimming pool was lovely. It gets no direct sunlight, so the water stays pleasantly cool and is relaxing any time of day. One of the best places to stay in Alappuzha. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could. Thank you to the whole Alleppey Prince Hotel team. Highly recommended.

The food was delicious and served well, and the hall felt just right for a big celebration. I went to a wedding reception at Prince Hotel and found the space roomy and well kept, with tidy arrangements and a lovely atmosphere. A great place for a wedding reception 🙂🩵

I found the service even worse than the food, which was easily the worst I’ve had in Alappuzha. The staff were unpleasant and unwelcoming, seemed not to know what they were serving, and showed little regard for paying customers. I felt as if I were eating there for free and my being there was a nuisance. The whole time, I had the sense I wasn’t welcome. That attitude might pass at a local bar, but not at a restaurant tied to a 5-star hotel. The lack of professionalism was embarrassing. Management needs to make serious changes if it wants this restaurant to succeed, including replacing staff who don’t understand the food or customer service. People with that mindset shouldn’t represent a high-end establishment.

Getting around was easy since the hotel is within the city, and the rooms were maintained well for affordable rates. Breakfast was the letdown: it isn’t a buffet, and you choose menu items worth 200. We didn’t like that, and the choices were very limited.

The rooms were clean, and the staff polite. I especially liked the ambience, and the food was really delicious. The swimming pool was clean and well looked after, a great place to relax. Hotel prince alleppey is a beautiful place to stay, and I had a great experience. Definitely recommend for a weekend getaway. #clean and comfortable 😌
