The coffee I tried tasted okay, but the smell and general condition put me off eating at the in-house restaurant. The rooms and washroom look spacious, yet they feel suffocating and stink because there's no ventilation or exhaust fan. Curtains, walls, and doors had a lot of mold, fungus, and dirt. I'd only consider booking a room here for Rs 1200 at most.

This feels like a hotel in decline. They seem to have invested heavily at first but haven't maintained the place, and now parties are held there. The people who come for those parties, as I see it, further damage the property. It's not suitable for families. During a party, my parents had to get out of the car some distance from the main gate. There was no water or kettle, and the bedsheets were old or dirty. I haven't seen a worse place.

We stayed with cousins after booking in the evening, and it was hard to find the property because there was no visible sign or clear directions. The hotel was poorly maintained. Power kept going out during the night, and the washroom facilities didn't work properly, making the stay uncomfortable. Management needs to improve maintenance, signage, and reliable utilities if they want guests to have a satisfactory stay.

They put me on a floor where renovation was underway, with dust and a strong smell all around. When I asked to switch rooms, I got one without a key, so it could only be opened with the master key. Whenever I came back from outside, I had to wait for staff to unlock it, and sometimes they took a long time. They didn't provide even basics like a towel, toiletries, or a water bottle. I asked for a towel several times and never got one before checkout. The hospitality was awful. Book at your own risk if you're prepared for that kind of experience.
