Super Hotel O Neelbad Guest House

Housekeeping never cleaned my room, and I had to chase staff for basic things. I went downstairs twice just to get the supposedly complimentary water bottles, while staff were busy smoking and chatting with friends. Check-in took 30 minutes because the front desk clerk seemed clueless and indifferent. The whole stay was a nightmare, with lazy, unprofessional service. Avoid this hotel.

I had so much luggage, but the staff member only handed me a key, towel, and water bottle. He helped only after I pointed out that my hands were full. When I asked for soap, he said they don't provide it. Later, there was a large lizard in the room, and the washroom was filthy. I had to flush it and clean with soap water I bought myself. The rooms are average, and the staff aren't welcoming. Better receptionists or service staff could improve things. The one good thing is that it's near Mp shooting academy, though there are much better options.

None of the rooms has a proper lock on the washroom door. There's not a chair or table in the room, and getting housekeeping or a room took repeated follow-ups. They won't let friends or family share a room even for an hour, but will happily take 500 for an early check-in, even if it's only for an hour. I wonder how this property is listed on MMT.

The service was good, and the staff member was very nice. I checked in on 21 march and was treated well.
