Room service was poor, the facilities weren't very good, and maintenance seemed lacking. There was no hot water, even after we asked several times from morning onward. By noon, someone told us it hadn't been working for a week.

The only reason I gave this property one star is that zero wasn't an option. Service, management, and policies are well below what should be acceptable for a hotel in this category. The one good part of my stay was Mr. Priyanshu, who was courteous and helpful.

Really good food and a lovely ambience. A very good hotel.

The property itself is lovely, with peaceful, hygienic rooms that are designed very well. I had a few issues with staff who seemed a bit untrained, probably because the hotel had only recently opened.

I was there for a wedding yesterday, and it was a horrible experience. The food was awful, and the staff seemed untrained and unhygienic. They were eating while working. A complete waste of money. Please don't book this kind of hotel for a special day you want to remember.
