I was at a wedding here and things were a mess. The reception stayed dark for 30 minutes, and everything felt chaotic. Staff didn’t seem trained or interested in helping. This isn’t what you’d expect from a venue that’s meant for big events.

We arranged Tunez for our relatives during my brother’s wedding, and the food was excellent. The staff were extremely helpful, especially Mr. Manoj, who kept an eye on everything. We highly recommend the place.

This was extremely disappointing as a guest at a wedding venue. The basics weren’t ready: lighting was inadequate, setup was delayed, and staff were disorganized. When guests raised complaints, management brushed them off with careless excuses like “ye to ho jata hai.” Completely unacceptable.

The arrangements seemed unfinished, and the management was rude when people asked questions. As a wedding guest, I was shocked by the poor event management. The lights went out for almost half an hour, and no staff member took responsibility. A very unprofessional experience.

The room was spacious, and the surroundings were peaceful, quiet, and clean. The staff were amazing and very helpful. I love the new changes, especially the Smart TV Flat screen. Highly recommend.
