The staff didn't help at all until morning, and they wouldn't move me to another room. I asked for power, mosquito repellent, or a room change after one phase lost power during the night and mosquitoes kept me awake. The rooms are big, but dirty, with torn fabric. The street is crowded and there's no parking. I got no sleep.

The manager and owner were rude, though the service staff were good. I also had billing issues at checkout, and I'm doubtful about the owner's integrity. During my stay, they moved me out of my room because it had already been allotted to someone else.

The staff are well behaved, the rooms are clean and up to the mark, and the food tastes awesome. The hotel is near the hospital, right in the middle of the city, and there's a lift too. Rates are high compared with other places, though, and parking is a big issue. It's not crowded, so you can book a room any time.

The room is spacious and the bathroom has enough room, and both are clean. The problem is that there isn't a proper window for cross ventilation.

The receptionist was really cheap, and the whole experience in bhopal was very bad. The service was horrible, and they were extra rude and money minded. When we arrived, they quoted 1000 for a room for one day. After three days, when we were leaving, they said 1000 was for 12 hours and 2000 for 24 hours, then charged us that amount. They took 2,000 rupees by force. 😡🤬😡😡😡😡
