Whistling Palms Beach Resort

You can watch the sunset right from the balcony, and there’s a quieter, scenic beach just about 100 meters from the resort. Murud beach, with camel rides, horse carts, and water games, is roughly a kilometer away. The rooms are large and have sea-facing balconies, and the interiors are decent. Staff were cooperative, and there’s parking for at least 10 cars. Food was average, though, and the resort could use some maintenance and an upgrade. With its setting and access to the scenery, it could become the most sought-after place nearby. A good spot to visit if you want a peaceful getaway.

We paid 7.5k for three rooms, which worked well for our group of 11, and there was plenty of parking. The resort has a nice view, but I wish it were cleaner. The food was good, though nothing special. The taps and showers really need replacing.

The hotel is a little away from the main beach area, which also makes it pretty peaceful. We had a nice sea view from the room gallery, and the rooms were neat and clean. Parking is available too. Food was pretty good, but service was very slow. They did accommodate special requests for the kids, and the staff were polite and cooperative. Room and food prices are a bit high, but I’d still recommend the place. We really enjoyed our stay. Thanks, guys!

You get a lovely beach view from the hotel for an affordable price, and hearing the waves is the best part. It could be a nice, relaxing weekend away with family or friends. The food was below average in both taste and service, even the omelet wasn’t good. There aren’t many useful amenities either, and the phones and calling bells didn’t work. I’d go for a relaxing stay, but not for the food.
