OYO 2973 Omran Villa

It’s in a gated layout in a residential area, and the price is decent. I stayed three days in December. The room I got at first had a gap in the wall below the AC, so it got freezing at night. I only got moved after I raised it the next morning. The replacement room was by the lobby, where conversations and the receptionist’s phone calls carried straight into the room. Setting those problems aside, it was still a decent deal for the price.

The rooms were squeaky clean, and the people were nice, even though things tend to move slowly in most departments. Food was pretty decent and affordable. You get the basics covered, including hot water, room service, clean drinking water, and a secure facility. There aren’t any convenience stores nearby, but you can walk to what you need in under ten minutes. Great value for money.

The room service was the best part, and the staff were decent. I booked a Classic 2x room for two through OYO and got breakfast included. The room was neat, with a cupboard, TV, AC, and a small tea table. The washroom was good and very hygienic, with a geyser and exhaust fan.

It’s a pleasant spot away from traffic noise, about a 5-10 minute walk from main Ashok Nagar road. The rooms have good light and ventilation. I think the room rates are a bit high right now and could be more budget friendly. They could also have more attractive offers for bulk bookings.
