I checked out on the morning of 14/02/2026 after two nights, then noticed around 4 PM that ₹1000 was missing from my wallet. I went straight back and told the staff. They said no one had reported this before. I asked them to review the CCTV to find out whether anyone had entered my room while I was away. At first, they said they'd speak with the owner and share the video. When I called later that evening, they told me the camera didn't cover the room area, so they couldn't say whether anyone had gone in. That was an unsatisfactory answer and left me concerned about guest safety and security. I expected more responsibility and support from management. Be careful with your belongings if you stay here.

The food was very good, and the pleasant atmosphere added to a comfortable stay. My room was clean, well kept, and comfortable. The staff were courteous and always willing to help. I had a great experience and would recommend this place to anyone after a relaxing, hassle-free stay.

The location is hard to beat. It's downtown, with easy connections and autos, Ola and Uber available to get around. The railway station is a 10-minute walk, and the airport is about a 20-minute drive. Breakfast was the best part of the property. There weren't many choices, but I had idlis and parathas, with tea or coffee included in my stay, which cost less than 15 bucks. Service was good too. They let me bring outside food and even gave me a plate and spoons. The room itself was just okay, nothing fancy. It was missing a bathroom doormat, and the shower tap didn't work, so I used the bucket instead. Still, it was a good stay.

There’s a large shopping mart right next to the hotel, which is handy, and the rooms are pleasant for the price. The bathrooms were clean and hygienic, so it seems like a good place for a few days on vacation. The pillows had a bit of a smell, though, and the slum across the road may give some guests a bad impression.
