I was taken aback by how little concern they showed. My bus got me there at 5:30 in the morning, and although I understood that check-in was at 1 PM, I hoped an early arrival might be accommodated. They asked for an extra fee, which seemed fair given I was nearly seven hours early. But they wanted 50% of the full tariff. I asked politely if they could bring it down to 20-30%, since it was freezing outside and I only needed a bit of basic consideration. They wouldn't budge. I agreed to pay the 50%, then asked whether they would issue a GST bill. They said it would be off the books. By then, the money wasn't the issue. The lack of ethics and basic humanity was shocking. Where's the basic decency?

The staff treated me terribly. They seemed to have no idea how to speak with customers, and their toxic, nonsensical behaviour could easily cause a scene in the hotel. I was very disappointed as a guest. The manager was especially rude and had no manners at all. They need to change the staff immediately.

I booked because of the high ratings, but I don't understand them after staying here. The service was poor, and I had to call repeatedly just to get the room cleaned. Breakfast came to the room in very limited portions, with only one or two options and no buffet. The hotel also seemed short-staffed. It was a bad experience, and I hadn't expected that.

The staff really made our stay. Everyone was friendly, eager to help, and willing to go out of their way for us. The manager was first rate too. Our room was a good size, with a separate lounge, sofa and TV. Some of the room facilities could use improvement, though.

We found the restaurant excellent, with generous portions and A1 food quality. The staff were helpful and offered good suggestions. The hotel is in a convenient spot near the main road and nearby points. Our stay included a good-sized breakfast, and early check-in and late check-out were available. The rooms were spacious and comfortable for a couple, and it was a great place to stay for a few days.
