Hotel O Dream Inn

The service was very poor. Even after asking repeatedly, I wasn’t given a bill, and the staff behaved badly when I asked about it. If you’re traveling for work and need a hotel bill for your Accounts department, I wouldn’t consider this place. The receptionist was rude and didn’t seem to know how to speak to customers. He also seemed to keep trying to scam people.

The worst part was being rated “excellent” using our phone after they told us we needed to check out from oyorooms. The towels, bedsheets, and pillow covers were dirty and unwashed. They charge too much for food, and although the menu is large, hardly anything is available.

I had the worst experience I’ve had with OYO. There was no water, the rooms were dusty and poorly organized, and the AC in my room didn’t work. The manager was very rude and asked for an extra ₹891 to let me check in. I reported that to Oyo customer care. Next time I’ll choose MakeMyTrip or another hotel booking app.

I think this place is only for couples. The floor and toilet weren’t very clean, and the sheets, quilt, and pillows were covered in stains and dirt. The worst thing was seeing them put the same bedsheet back on after checkout instead of changing it. You know what I mean.
