The food and room service were the only decent parts. Everything else felt bad and wasn’t worth the money. The hotel shuts its entrance around midnight, so getting in late was difficult, and the complimentary breakfast options were very limited for what they charge. The reception was dusty, the rooms were tiny and extremely dirty, and the mattress, blankets, and linens were stained. I had them changed twice, but the bed was still awful and I could feel the springs. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

I asked reception ahead of time if coming back late would be an issue. They assured me it was open 24/7, but when I returned late at night the shutter was down. After banging on it for 30 minutes, I forced it open and crawled inside. It was a horrible stay. The rooms were small and dirty, the bed and towels were stained, and room service was pathetic. Honestly, everything was below par. One of the worst hotels to stay in Ranchi.

The bathroom had no water when I went to use it as soon as I entered the room, and afterward its door was difficult to open. There was no cleanliness at all, and the bedsheets were very dirty. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

My stay felt extremely uncomfortable and unsafe because of harassment and staff behaving inappropriately. The staff were highly unprofessional, service was very poor, and management didn’t seem to care about guest safety. Women aren’t safe here. I strongly wouldn’t recommend this hotel, especially for women.
