The location is convenient and the surroundings are okay. Rooms are clean with basic amenities, and the staff are polite and helpful, although service can be slow. Breakfast was average, with limited choices. For the price, it's a good place to stay if you're not after much luxury.

Dr. Nair is like a second God to me. He's gentle, always has a lovely smile, and is a great person.

A nice corporate-stay property, kept neat and clean, with super service.

This was the worst hotel I've stayed in. The receptionist had no manners and didn't know about housekeeping. My room lock was broken, and the bedsheets, blankets, and pillow covers were all dirty. When we complained, nobody listened to our problem. It's a very old hotel, and the staff seem to have no knowledge of hotels or housekeeping. A very bad experience.

I was on the ground floor, and the place felt more like an old residential flat than a hotel. The furniture was old, the door paint had faded, and the door lock wasn't very good.
