At 10:00 PM the power went out in my room. I told the manager, but got no help. Instead, I was told to check out and find another hotel, with no refund. The room was in very poor condition, the WiFi was very weak, and even after I asked twice, the bed sheets were never changed. This is an extremely poor hotel (OYO 6317 Hotel Shiv Place). Staying here would be a complete waste of money, and no guest should come.

The bathrooms are so cramped you can barely sit on the toilet or move around, especially with the high commode taking up half the space. They first show you a nice room, then give you the dirtiest one. The manager also keeps knocking to ask for rent every few minutes. God knows who designed this hotel.

At checkout, they added a 10% fee after first saying there would be no service charge. We were also charged ₹1000 for a tiny hole in a low-quality bedsheet. The room had damaged floor tiles, and the WiFi was slow and unreliable. Poor maintenance, rude staff, and hidden charges made this a disappointing stay. Would NOT recommend.

At this low price, it's hard to find rooms and service this good, but you can here. The hotel is clean, the staff are very friendly, and the T.V., WiFi, Geyser, and AC were all available and in good condition.

The staff were friendly and cooperative, and the rooms were hygienic with clean sheets. I had no issues during the stay. Really good for a budget hotel, and I'd strongly recommend it. Big thumbs up from me.
