Vijay Palace by OYO Rooms

Clean place, and it’s close to RANIKAMLAPATI RAILWAY STATION. Nice hotel.

The rooms are cramped, though the beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were clean and spacious. The towel hanger was broken, but a heater was available. Service was very nice and the staff were cooperative. There’s enough parking, and the hotel is about 2km from the Railway station, though it isn’t on the front road, so watch for the advertisement banners. The room felt very expensive for its condition: it had a Window AC instead of a split AC, and the fan was in very poor shape. For a one-day stay, my experience was decent.

I’ve never checked into a worse hotel in India. Bedbugs bit me all over and left swellings across my body, so I couldn’t sleep through the night. The administration should seize this hotel.

The location is good, within walking distance of kamlapati railway station. But when I asked for a fresh pillow cover, nobody responded, and there was no hand wash or similar basic item.
