OYO Flagship 16363 Advik Cottage

The rooms were filthy, with no towels or hand wash. Even when other rooms were empty, they wouldn't give us one on a lower floor, and management never responded. OYO should stop this nonsense. Many properties under OYO refuse check-ins, and hotels treat OYO customers terribly. There should be an option to leave a negative rating.

The hotel staff were rude and restricted entry without good reason. They seemed frustrated about the room prices, even though the place is part of the OYO franchise. A horrible experience. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, not even my enemies.

This place didn't feel safe for a family or for women traveling. The rooms were dirty and looked nothing like the pictures, and there was no room service. The staff denied my OYO app booking, demanded extra money, behaved arrogantly, and threatened me. I'd give it a negative rating if I could.

The hygiene and service were awful, and when I decided to leave after just two hours, the staff made a scene. My sister was refused entry as a visitor while I was on vacation. The staff made mistakes, then argued when I reported them. I also felt uneasy because the room locks weren't proper, so I reported that through the portal I booked on. The start of my vacation was miserable. Please, if you want a peaceful trip, don't choose this place. I'd rate it below zero if I could.
