I couldn’t sleep because I was itchy and disgusted all night. There were bed bugs crawling on the bed and around the room. The price they charge is ridiculously high for a place this filthy, with stained sheets, dirty bathrooms, dust everywhere, and a terrible smell as soon as I entered. It looked nothing like the online photos, which seemed years old or possibly fake. The worst hotel experience ever. Do NOT book!

The staff were rude and unprofessional, and didn’t seem willing to help or fix anything. My room was awful, dirty, and in terrible condition. I booked through OYO, but when I arrived they tried to charge extra money that hadn’t been disclosed. It felt like they didn’t care about guests at all. I’d never stay here again and highly recommend avoiding it if you don’t want to waste your money.

A broken chair, a nonworking tubelight, and a faulty air conditioner made for a very poor stay. The fan also made such a horrible noise that it woke me while I was sleeping, and the room wasn’t clean.

The receptionist wouldn’t check me in, claiming OYO had moved me to another hotel. When I called that hotel’s number, she was the one who answered. She also refused to call OYO. After I contacted OYO customer care myself, she agreed to give me the room. Pathetic service, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

There’s no restaurant, and the rooms are just average, though they do have AC and geysers. The location is good, so it’s a decent budget option if that’s what you’re looking for.
