Finding the hotel may take some effort since the sign outside is quite small, but once you're there, it's a great experience. The rooms are spacious and the toilets very clean and hygienic. The place is clean and attractive, and the staff are cooperative and friendly. I plan to book here again on my next visit to bbsr. The only issue was that the TV didn't have the official Fifa 2022 channels. I strongly recommend it.

The property and location are good, but the service was nearly nonexistent. I called at 9:30 to order dinner; they answered at 9:50, then after five more calls and another hour of waiting, I gave up and went to sleep. The restaurant called at 11:30 asking about my dinner. Breakfast was awful, just oily poori and sabzi for four or five days. Water bottles weren't refilled, even after I called. The manager didn't seem to know what the team was doing, and everyone worked incredibly slowly.

The room was good and kept in nice condition, but the service was poor. My family had to leave our meal halfway through because the cafeteria service was so slow and bad. Reception couldn't even print my boarding pass, and the staff seemed clueless about most things. It felt like a hotel with walls but no soul.

It's a modern, attractive hotel with spacious rooms, very clean bathrooms, and cooperative staff. The small sign outside made it a little difficult to find, but once there, the experience was great. The only real letdown was the TV, which didn't have any channels to watch. It's a couple-friendly hotel, and I'd recommend it to people travelling to bbsr. You'll love it.
