I felt comfortable during my stay, and the staff were supportive. The food was delicious and hygienic, and everything was well managed. The hotel manager and Madam were polite, kind, and helpful, and they took good care of the guests. I’m very happy with the experience. Thanks for the hospitality. I’d recommend the hotel and would love to visit again.

6/10
The location is decent and the hotel has potential, but the service and amenities need to improve to make the price feel justified. The rooms at The Saaj Heritage Hotel are small and cramped, with poor lighting. Breakfast offered little variety and the selection was the same every day. Kitchen staff didn’t seem courteous or helpful when I asked for assistance, and many menu items weren’t available. The stay left me underwhelmed.

The place has a family feel, with a friendly atmosphere, nice staff, tasty food, and breakfast. My experience was good overall. The Wi-Fi could use improvement.

The food was very tasty, and the restaurant service was very good. Room service was outstanding, and all the staff behaved well. Ranjit and Susanta from the restaurant staff were especially good.
