The reception lady was especially unprofessional and rude. Even after I asked repeatedly, she wouldn't move me to another room. The room was dirty and poorly maintained, and there was no proper customer support. The app listed AC, a geyser, and a fan, but the AC and geyser didn't work. Only the fan ran, and it was in such bad shape it was useless, likely a condenser issue. I complained about the AC through the OYO app, but got an automated message saying the problem was resolved when it wasn't. The cancellation terms were misleading too, with no clear refund option after payment, so customers are left stuck. The whole stay at Hotel O Anusuya was stressful and frustrating, one of my worst ever. Don't pay blindly through the app. Check the room in person before paying in full. I strongly don't recommend the hotel or trusting OYO listings without checking.

They charge customers, and I had a bad experience with the checkout time. Nobody told me when checkout was, then informed me only after a few hours. Please get all the details before staying. This isn't a good hotel, and I wouldn't stay here.

I was very disappointed by how rudely the woman there treated me when I went to book a room. She acted as if she ran a Mayfair hotel. The owner should replace staff who behave like this, or people won't want to stay here.

Bad service and a dirty room. Don't waste your time or money at this shameless hotel in Bhubaneswar. Useless place.
