I had to switch rooms twice because they were in such bad condition. The walls, bed, and pillow were dirty, the AC and fan didn’t work, and the electricity went out in the middle of the night with no help afterward. I think the owner cut it to save on the electricity bill. The manager was very rude. Never book here.

I paid 800rs. for one night, and the room wasn’t worth even 300rs. It was filthy, with dirty curtains and stained sheets and pillows, a dirty bathroom and commode, and an AC that kept leaking. They wouldn’t give me the room because I had booked online, so I had to cancel and pay extra to book in person. Worst OYO hotel, running a scam in OYO’s name. I’d give it zero stars if I could.

There was no water in the bathroom for half my stay, and they had neither an aquaguard nor packaged drinking water. The sheets were dirty and the bed looked like it could fall apart at any moment. This was my worst experience with OYO.

The place was very untidy, with dirty bedsheets and no lock on the bathroom door. Maybe suitable for one or two hours, but not a whole day’s stay.

The room I got was smelly and nasty, with water leaking from the roof. When I reported it, the property told me to contact Oyo customer care to move to another Oyo. The nearby Oyos were occupied and also in the same condition, so I had to find a non-Oyo hotel myself and lost my prepaid amount. Oyo doesn’t look after its customers and is tied up with fraudulent hotels. I’ll never book with Oyo again.
