Hotel Santosh by OYO Rooms

There weren’t even basic room supplies like a water bottle or toiletries, and although I paid for three people, they wouldn’t give us an extra mattress. The geysers in a couple of rooms didn’t work either. They charged me 50% more than the online price, saying it was for early check-in, and made me cancel the OYO booking I’d already made. Staying here with family was a nightmare.

This hotel is only about 100 meters from AMRI Hospital, and it’s a better option than many of the nearby guest houses. Many guests are here because someone close to them is admitted to the hospital. Beyond the room, though, there isn’t much service compared with other hotels. Book online for a cheaper price and a better room. I first booked directly, then booked online the next day for less and was surprised to find I’d been moved to a better room. I’m sharing pictures of both.

I never stayed here. The staff refused to honor my Goibibo booking and demanded twice the amount I’d booked for. They insisted that was how they did business and wouldn’t listen. After getting fed up, I asked Goibibo to move me to another hotel. Don’t stay here if you don’t want to feel like you’ve been robbed.

Booking ID MOJ34497. They wouldn’t let me stay at Flagship 60003 Hotel Santosh because the price was low. Mr Bhabani told me to say something else to someone. They only allow unmarried women couples. The staff behaved very poorly. Please update the daily price on the Oyo app.
