We were welcomed warmly with fruit and chocolates in the room, a lovely touch. The room and bathroom were spacious, clean, and very well maintained. Staff were polite and cooperative, and the service was excellent. Breakfast was outstanding, especially the live dosa and paratha counters and the Indian chai. The paratha practically melted in my mouth. Having a mall right beside the hotel made shopping easy, and there were several food choices there too. The airport is only 30 minutes away.

My son’s thread ceremony at the Banquet hall went smoothly from the early arrangements through the successful finish. The grand hall and decor left my guests in awe, and the staff were exceptional and courteous. Mr Anand and Mr Priyansh from the on-site team helped us a lot. Head Chef Sunil deserves a special mention for his personal touch, excellent food, and staying throughout. Thanks also to Mr. Sajid for making the whole process very smooth. I couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommended!

The one small downside was the slow, inconsistent Wi-Fi. Otherwise, we had a wonderful ten-day stay. The spacious room was very clean thanks to great housekeeping, and the beds were really comfortable. Breakfast was extensive and among the best we’ve ever had. The restaurant food was always fresh and delicious, and having lunch there was a pleasure. The staff went out of their way to make us comfortable. Special thanks for the excellent service from Prashant pradhan in housekeeping, Monalisa, Sweety, Priyanshu, Bichitra, Tapas, Sayed and Riyu in the restaurant and kitchen, Sombari at the coffee corner, and Padma in transportation.

We had a very good one-night stay at Vivanta Bhubaneswar on New Year, and were pleased with the room, services, and helpful staff. We enjoyed the facilities, including the gym, spa, and swimming pool, and the hotel food was amazing as usual. The New Year party was grand and well organised, though its food fell short of our expectations. The pool wasn’t temperature controlled, so it was a bit uncomfortable, and there’s no dedicated play area for children over six. Excellent hospitality and facilities overall, with a few things that could be improved for families with kids.
