I booked through Booking.com, but when I arrived, the receptionist said online bookings weren't accepted and there was no room reserved for me. After traveling there, I was left in a difficult spot, and the way he spoke to me was rude and completely lacking in manners. My experience was bad. They need to change their attitude, or customers won't come. I'd warn others against booking here.

The staff were helpful, and the place could work for a short visit, like an official trip. The rooms are small and could be looked after better. I'd give it about 3.5 stars.

The staff behaved well, and the hotel looks posh from the outside. Inside, though, it doesn't seem maintained at all. The mattress was dirty and the bathroom wasn't clean, so those things need attention if they want to bring in more customers. I don't want to upload photos.

It's handy for shopping, with malls and stalls nearby, and it's close to both the bus stand and railway station. The hotel is also well connected to the highway. Food is available there, including a wide variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. A good option in the Labbipet area at a reasonable price.

It's fine for resting a few hours, and the price is reasonable compared with other nearby hotels. Just don't go in expecting too much.
