Namo Residency

There wasn't enough car parking, which added to an already stressful meal with my family. We chose this hotel for its advertised pure vegetarian menu, but the lunch buffet was a chaotic, disappointing experience. The staff couldn't handle the crowd and seemed irritated and uncooperative when we asked for food refills. The service was pathetic. I'd strongly recommend avoiding this place.

Cockroaches were across the property, and the bed sheets and bathroom were visibly stained and very dirty. The breakfast was stale, too, and the staff were unresponsive. On both days, I'd ask for something, wait 30 minutes, and then be told it wasn't available. That showed a lack of basic courtesy and professionalism. This was one of the most unpleasant stays I've had. Cleanliness, service, and staff accountability all need serious improvement.

There were cockroaches on the floor, and I was scared one might crawl into my ear while I slept. The bedsheet wasn't clean, and there were no windows, which made the room feel like a Telugu gudaram. The bathroom had no ventilation either. The lack of windows made me feel like vomiting. When we ordered something, staff took 30 minutes to come back and say it wasn't available. Some of the management team didn't respond to us. The food was oily and vurnalable, and I felt like vomiting after eating it. Turning on the A/C also brought on that feeling, but with it off the room was hot. The TV had no wifi. It was just sitting there like a toy that didn't work.

The breakfast buffet was good, and I wouldn't think twice about booking a room here. Just be sure to include breakfast. I wanted to give it five stars, but the bathrooms need to be cleaner for the price we paid.
