The room was pathetic, the location was bad, and the customer service was awful. I booked an AC room through Oyo for a set price, but when I got there they said I had to pay 500 more for AC service. They’re just sitting there to trick you. I’d rather spend the night at the railway station than go there.

The management’s service was the worst. If you book through Oyo, don’t expect early check-in for 30% of the cost. They’ll demand an extra 700 bucks. Never go there.

The staff behaved rudely and seemed irresponsible and money-minded. There was a problem with drinking water and food, and there are no shops or food courts near the hotel.

The AC wasn’t working, and there were no complimentary bathing shampoos or tiffin. They wouldn’t even provide a single water bottle. The staff were rude and irresponsible.

Really poor experience. The place is badly maintained, and the front desk staff were very rude. They didn't provide soap, a toothbrush, or breakfast.
