Hotel Natasha is centrally located, so shops, restaurants, and other places are easy to reach on foot. The staff are welcoming and helpful, and the rooms are generally clean and tidy. You get the basics, including AC, TV, and free Wi-Fi. It’s a good value for the price, though it isn’t fancy. Breakfast was just okay. If you care a lot about breakfast, you may be disappointed by the food or the limited choice. Still, for a short Surat trip, it’s a reliable, affordable option if you want a clean place in a good location without lots of extras.

The room smelled bad, and the bed’s spring mattress was about the worst thing to sleep on. They wouldn’t provide drinking water, towels, or other basic amenities unless you haggled. The hotel felt very shady, like a highway place for an overnight stop, and you may find much better elsewhere.

I stayed for six nights. The room was small and had no window, though some rooms did. That was okay, and the experience was good enough.

Check-in was easy and the staff were friendly, with excellent service. A good option for travelers wanting to stay near the airport, Dumas, Vesu, or Althan. Highly recommended.
