We paid nearly 1000 including gst and other charges for one night in a non-ac room. It was a moderate stay, with good staff and a clean bathroom, though the rooms weren’t especially well decorated or clean. We asked for hot water, and they arranged it for us the next morning. They have ac and non-ac rooms with attached bathrooms, tv, intercom, an in house resturant, and a bar. Train engine noise can bother you at night since the place is right beside the rail track near Bhubaneswar Junction.

The room was just okay. What stood out was how well the staff treated us, though getting up to the third floor with no lift was a real problem.

The staff were all simple, neat, and cooperative, and the railway station's platform 01 is within walking distance. The room does need renovation.

The service was very, very bad. The rooms in Bhubaneswar were dirty, the bathroom wasn't clean, and the telephone didn't work. There was no cleaning either. When I complained, the manager ignored me and never came. A total waste of money. I wouldn't recommend visiting this hotel.

Both the staff and the rooms were third class. Don't spend your money staying here.
