The staff refused to move me to a better room that was available, saying I could only get that room for the 775 rupees I had paid. They also wouldn’t provide room spray, even though I’d seen it on their rack. The room was messy and smelled like it hadn’t been cleaned for days. The bathroom was filthy, there was no hand wash, and the pillow covers, sheets, and towels seemed used and unwashed. When I asked for fresh ones, I was told what I had was enough for the price. I felt awful and like I’d wasted my money. The whole experience was horrible, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here to travelers, families, or couples. I even have photos of the dirty linen and bathroom.

I’ve stayed here three times, and the last time was only because I had no other choice. The rooms aren’t clean or well maintained, the AC doesn’t work properly, and the room service is terrible. The bedding you’re supposed to use doesn’t seem to be washed. Staff treat you as if you owe them something, and you can’t count on getting help at night. You can’t order food from outside either. Even though I’d paid online when booking, they said they wouldn’t give me a room and refused to accept the payment. There’s no way to rate this positively. If negative stars were an option, I’d give one.

There’s no lift, and the two places are some distance apart. It seems to be two bungalows turned into OYO rooms. The rooms feel like hospital rooms, the staff don’t seem qualified, and there’s no room cleaning. Food is brought in from outside and wasn’t good.

Lunch was very good and tasted homemade. Dinner was a different story: it came from a food stall and cost a lot. I paid 210 rupees for a full plate of chicken curry, but got just two tiny pieces of chicken and a little gravy.
