Open Hotel by Olive - Buzz Studio

For a month, this was a great co-living stay and good value. The studio was spacious and well ventilated, with a kitchenette, Wi-Fi, work desk, and AC included. It’s close to Gachibowli’s corporate hubs, which is ideal for working professionals. I’d recommend it to anyone new to Hyderabad or looking for a flexible stay.

The traffic outside could be heard except between 10:30 PM and 5 AM, so I gave the location 4/5. The place is right beside the road. Getting an affordable cab on time was tricky at first because the apps routed drivers along the outer highway, with extra road tax but less traffic. Once I found a better pickup spot on the inner route, it became manageable. My office near Sheraton Hyd Hotel was about 10 km away, around 30 minutes. Inside, I found the studio comfortable for my month in Hyderabad. It was simple but felt premium, and the price seemed reasonable for what was provided: a personal mini fridge, kitchen counter, wooden flooring, geyser, AC, a newly bought common washing machine, and CCTV surveillance. There was a hot/normal/cold drinking water dispenser by reception available anytime, plus a lift and underground parking. The staff and Syed Sir were always ready to help, and service, hospitality, and cleanliness were 10/10. Essential shops and a temple were walkable, and the open rooftop had a nice view for relaxing. Water pressure was good, though the washroom was slightly compact and had a zig-zag arrangement of fixtures. Overall, I had a very comfortable stay and would recommend this Airbnb for a long visit to Hyderabad.

I needed somewhere to stay while my flat was being re-painted, and spent two pleasant weeks in Buzz studio. The staff were courteous and supportive, and the location was good. They also provided the essentials for cooking. I was satisfied with the experience.

A good option for individuals or couples coming to Hyderabad for a few days of work, or for someone who’s just moved here and needs somewhere to settle in at first. There’s a market and restaurants nearby. The rooms are clean and well maintained, and the staff communicate helpfully and provide good service.
