The AC water was dripping into the room, and the bedsheets were very dirty and looked unwashed. The staff behaved rudely and seemed to lack basic sense about treating customers, acting like they owned the place. The AC room at 1500 isn't worth it, and especially for couples, it didn't feel safe with the staff.

The bedsheets, pillow covers, and towels were in poor condition, and my room was dirty at check-in. The whole closet was filthy. The place looks good outside, but service and staff were awful, and they seemed least bothered about guests. Prices were higher than online bookings, and there was no food available. There is parking, and the location is about 600 metres from LB Nagar Metro station. Overall, pathetic and very poor.

The room smelled bad and had mosquitoes flying around. I was also told to align the blanket myself, something no hotel has asked me to do before. Complaining didn't lead to any improvement in service.

I paid an advance and booked the rooms ahead of time, but they still didn't give them to us on time, saying everything was booked. Why take an advance if they plan to give the rooms to someone else?

The rooms are good, but the service is terrible and the employees aren't courteous. I booked online and paid in advance, yet when I arrived they denied that booking.
