The staff and service were poor, and I had a very disappointing stay at this service apartment. They asked for an extremely high charge to accommodate one extra person, then insisted I pay into a personal account instead of giving me an official invoice. The TV didn’t work, and basic toiletries were missing too. That lack of transparency and accountability, along with the poor hospitality, made things very uncomfortable. The place claims to provide reliable service, but my experience was the opposite. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone seeking a trustworthy, comfortable stay. I didn’t get any solution from Makemytrip either.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner were good, home style meals. I was impressed by how the staff behaved, and really liked the service and hospitality. I’d definitely recommend this place to people visiting from another state.

The stay was pocket friendly, and the room itself was good. The hospitality needs work, though. Staff weren’t friendly in their responses and should be trained to welcome customers better. Apart from dosa, nothing was served.

I stayed here for 6 days after admitting my father to Kims-Sunshine because this service apartment is close to the hospital. The service was good and the food tasted good too. There weren’t many choices, but what we had was tasty, 5/5.

The location is excellent, and the food felt homely. Facilities are very basic, with limited room service, and cleanliness could be better. There were lots of MOSQUITOES, so come prepared for them. The staff come across as rude and need training, though I don’t think they mean to be rude. They seem well meaning, but not trained to handle guests.
