I won’t book here again. At 1 AM, when we arrived to check in, the receptionist said bluntly that there was no breakfast or lunch/dinner service, even though MakeMyTrip advertised it for an extra price. It was too late to go elsewhere, so I had no choice but to check in. The room was in horrible condition, with a filthy bathroom, flickering lights, and no maintenance. The prices are ridiculously high for rooms this bad. I’d give it a minus rating if I could. Not recommended for families.

The hotel was filthy, and the service around LB Nagar was the worst. Everything about the place felt bad. Don’t book here.

The lift wasn’t working, and the staff didn’t respond. Terrible hotel.

I’m posting this so people who are drawn in by the good Google Maps reviews don’t make the same mistake I did. The rooms were dirty, the beds and sofa were poor quality, and the washroom was filthy. For what this hotel offers, the price is far too high. The place is badly managed, so the staff’s behavior didn’t make much difference. Honestly, you’d have to be out of your mind to stay here. They also tried to pass off the GST bill issue on us. At first, they said 25h with GST. When we checked out in the morning, they refused to give us a GST bill and said we should have told them half an hour before checkout that we needed one.
