After a long journey, I arrived to find out the hotel had cancelled my booking. They hadn't contacted me by phone, email, or message beforehand. If I'd known, I could have made other arrangements and avoided a lot of stress and inconvenience. Being left without a place to stay says a lot about the poor service and disregard for guests' time and travel plans. The staff said they had no idea about the booking. My confirmed reservation wasn't honored, so future travelers should confirm directly before arriving. This ruined the start of my trip, and I wouldn't stay here again. Very unprofessional and deeply disappointing. I can't give a minus rating, so I'm giving one.

I left after just one night, even though I had booked for three days. The room was dusty and dirty, the old beds weren’t clean, and the tiny washroom was dirty too. I couldn’t sleep properly. The online photos made the hotel look good, so how did it get a rating above four stars?

There’s no room service, and none of the staff seemed well mannered. When we asked for the owner, a boy said he was the owner and charged whatever he wanted. The way he spoke was unacceptable. Owner, please respond.

At check-in, the manager asked me to pay extra. It seems many guests end up paying because they feel they have no choice, and the manager uses tricks to mislead them. OYO customer care didn’t give me a proper response either. Think carefully before booking, and I’d suggest staying elsewhere.

The room was tiny and unhygienic, and the pictures didn’t match what was shown in the app. On top of that, the manager was rude and asked for extra money at check-in. OYO customer care doesn’t work, either. OYO should improve how it handles its hosts. Don’t go here, save your money.
