The staff were cooperative, and my guests were happy with the facilities. I've booked rooms here twice for family visiting for my newborn kids event. It's right beside my house, and I'd strongly recommend staying here.
2/10
Even a 1 feels too generous for this hotel. I paid for two rooms the day before and was given them, but when I booked another room through the same make my trip, they said there was no booking and wouldn't give us a room. We paid and got no refund. The cleaning was awful, with cigarettes and dust everywhere. They paid no attention to customers, and the service was terrible.
2/10
A complete waste of money. This isn't a Capital O property at all. There was no complimentary tea or coffee and no buffet. The claims on OYO were false, and both OYO customer care and the experience were the worst.

The location is handy, very close to KPBH Metro station and kukatpally bus stop, and just behind popular Paradise restaurant. It's a brand new hotel with clean, well-maintained rooms, hygienic bathrooms with jaguar fittings, and hospitable staff and room boys. The tariff is easily affordable.
2/10
We booked online and had confirmation, but the front desk staff rejected our stay. They were awful to deal with and showed no common sense about treating customers travelling with family. Be careful. Better to choose grt hotels or trrebo hotels nearby.
