Arrow Lake View

The staff's behavior was awful, and they handed over the room without cleaning it, including the bathroom. They were more focused on getting the full payment right away than waiting for checkout time. My experience at Arrow lake view Banjara hills was horrible. I wouldn't go there with family.

Very bad. The staff and rooms were both no good.

It's a service apartment, and hard to find since there are no signboards along the road. The property needs maintenance, the cleanliness was poor, and the bed linens weren't clean. Breakfast wasn't satisfying either. Although I booked a room with breakfast, nobody at the desk followed up about it, so I had to ask repeatedly. The service was below par, so my impression is about fifty-fifty. The owner should put up signs from the main road to the property, though perhaps they're avoiding complications because it's in a residential area.

The reception staff were polite, and the rooms and hall were spacious. It was fine for one night, with breakfast included. The property could be better maintained, though. There were no instructions for the hot water, and the intercom didn't work.
