The rooms were really dirty, with condoms and cigarette butts around, and they were not cleaned. The washrooms were dirty too, the TV and WiFi didn’t work, and there was always a network problem in the rooms. Service was very slow: sometimes an order took an hour and was forgotten, and other times they said items weren’t available. Food, service and amenities all felt very cheap. It seemed mostly suited to couples looking for a place for sex.

I didn’t feel safe or comfortable at Akshay Dream Stay. There was a mouse in my room, the bed and curtains were dirty and uncomfortable, and the door lock looked broken. The property felt very unhygienic and poorly kept. When I raised the problems, staff refused a refund and only offered another room, which wouldn’t have fixed the hotel’s overall condition. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone seeking a clean, safe stay.

Good food at very reasonable prices, and the staff are cooperative and welcoming. It’s a nice place to stay on a modest budget. Wishing the team all the best, keep it up.

A great spot in gurgoan, with a good room, top-notch amenities, and staff who were polite and welcoming. I’d recommend it for a comfortable, relaxing stay.

The receptionist and the other staff were very pleasant to deal with, and the restaurant food was good quality.
