Radisson Chandigarh Zirakpur

The hotel was lovely when we arrived and is close to the airport. Kitchen staff were very friendly, and service there was quick. Room service for my room was good, but for my family's other rooms it was poor. Their bathrooms weren't clean, and nobody brought toilet roll when asked. We paid for a room for three and ordered an extra bed, but after three calls it still never arrived, so three people had to sleep in one bed. Really disappointing.

Sumit made a huge difference during our stay, with an upbeat attitude and efficient, attentive service that went above and beyond to look after us. The whole team was professional, and the hotel felt comfortable and welcoming from beginning to end. We also loved the food, with delicious meals, plenty of variety, and nice presentation. We'd happily recommend the Radisson and hope to come back.

At Radisson Zirakpur we had comfortable, nice rooms and good staff, making for a fantastic stay. A special mention to Assist Hasanpreet and chef Pawan for their personal attention in looking after us and others like us. Good experience overall. I'd recommend it if you're passing through and need a cozy night's rest.

I travel to Chandigarh for business, and this place feels like home every time. The staff are excellent and attentive to what guests need. There's a lovely restaurant on the first floor with a great breakfast spread, and the restaurant and in-room dining teams are consistently courteous and well trained. Special thanks to Mr. Yogesh, Mr. Sunny, Mr.Satish, Ms. Nisha, and Ms. Hasanpreet Kaur for making each stay so comfortable. Always an excellent experience.
