Collection O Amaran

I booked through Makemytrip for my parents. The AC and toilet flush both failed, and after they spent hours outside, the room was still in the same state when they returned. The property didn't fix anything or offer another room. They don't seem to care about customers. Don't choose this property.

The food I ordered for my driver, tea and a meal, was such poor quality that nobody would want to give it to animals. The room category was poor too, the sort you'd usually find at a lower class hotel, yet the rent was four times higher than what I think such a cheap room is worth, no more than 500 rupees. The owner and staff were unpleasant and arrogant, with no manners in how they spoke to customers. They were unprofessional and uneducated in their behavior, didn't coordinate, and didn't honor commitments. A terrible stay, with room rents much higher than usual.

Mr.Vijay, the manager, really looked after us and gave us a top notch hospitality experience. The room was spacious enough, with a clean restroom and beds, and check-in at reception went smoothly. They also have their own parking for vehicles. A direct walk-in cost a little more than the price on an online platform. Still, the service felt like good value for money, which balances that out.

There don't seem to be any restaurants nearby, though Maatuthavani bus stand is very close. The bathroom was clean and there was hot water, and the room was spacious. One problem was that the wall-mounted toilet wasn't set at the right height. I stayed one night with my family and paid Rs.2750, which felt very expensive for a day's stay.
