OYO 76593 Crystal Cottage

We booked two rooms for single occupancy, both with cozy rooms and queen-size beds. There were only towels, no toiletries. I spotted three or four bed bugs, and I wasn’t sure the blankets had been cleaned properly.

A good room at an affordable hotel, with quality service and a good location.

We only stayed one night at first, then came back a month later because we enjoyed it so much. Every department had staff who took care to make us comfortable, and their thoughtfulness made the place feel warm and pleasant. The food was delicious and authentic, and the facilities were well maintained. Cleanliness and hygiene were outstanding. Writing this brings back a smile.

I stayed here in mid-January 2025, during peak season, and found it peaceful and budget friendly. The rooms were clean, the staff were helpful and quick, and the owner was humble and accommodating. I asked for an early morning check-in, and the receptionist arranged it, which was a big relief. I’d strongly recommend the hotel.
