Hotel Stellar

The staff were cooperative and would arrange things when asked, and the food menu was good. The rooms worked well for a short stay, though the bathroom and toilet in mine were very small. The hotel’s location is its one drawback. For easier navigation, look up ODM school on Google Maps, since the hotel is just beside it.

The food was very nice and the cooks are good, but the catering service was chaotic. At my daughter’s birthday party here a few days ago, with around 125 guests, the main course came late. Many guests left without eating, which was a big blow to me as the host. The place itself is good, but the service was below par.

The hotel’s response was very poor, and there was no housekeeping. The balcony was dirty, the towels they gave us were very dirty, and the washroom taps didn’t work. The rooms are in very bad condition.

The food was quite good, and the staff were decent and cooperative. Meal service has fixed times for breakfast, lunch and dinner, though, and they won’t serve food outside those hours. The rooms weren’t clean, especially the bedsheets and covers, and the cupboard was broken. Still, it was a comfortable place to stay overall.
