There was no Wi-Fi or any other facilities, and getting anything done took 5 to 6 reminders because the staff were so uncooperative. The room hadn't even had basic dusting, the bathroom wasn't hygienic, and the bedding was awful. The bedcovers looked unchanged, and though the pillowcases were clean, the pillows underneath were brown with dirt. The blanket kept giving off an oily smell all night, which was uncomfortable. It was a pathetic stay, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone with family.

I booked 4 rooms, and 2 hadn't been cleaned after the previous guests before they handed them over. Cleanliness was zero. Garbage bags were left to rot in the lobby on every floor, and the big rooms smelled bad, with no windows or Wi-Fi and smelly bathrooms. The rooms weren't worth the price, and the staff weren't professional either. The hotel is in the middle of an industrial estate, beside factories, with no lighting and potholes everywhere. There's also a railway track on the other side, and you can hear trains from inside the room, so peaceful sleep is unlikely. Outside food isn't allowed and there are no nearby restaurants, though small roadside vendors are around in this industrial area. I wouldn't bring family here.

We booked 3 rooms through FabHotel, which showed this property with a 4.5 rating. We had to wait 2 hours to get into the rooms, and when we finally did, they were all extremely dirty, unhygienic, and smelled horrible. There was no service staff available, and the staff who were there were highly unprofessional. My friends who aren't Odia were also charged for unsealed water bottles. Avoid this place at all costs.

I still remember the manager asking me for protection, and I was so happy to see that. Such an amazing place for couples to try, you can do anything here. I'd recommend this hotel to couples who want to keep their relationship private, even from their friends. 🌝
